Refund Policy

Returns: 
Returns are accepted for 7 days after purchase. Items must be unused, in brand new condition and in unopened, original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. After 7 days we can not accept refunds or exchanges.

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Special Order items

To complete your return, you must show a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Cancellations: 
Cancellations are subject to a 5% fee. Cancellation means you are canceling an order BEFORE it has shipped from our facility. Once the item has left our facility it is treated as a return. If we have already placed an order for a special order item it can not be cancelled.

Refunds: 
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and update you regarding the status of your refunds approval. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-14 business days.

Late or missing refunds: 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at StreamlineMobileAutoDetailing@gmail.com and we will look in to it for you.

Sale or Used items: 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale or used items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at StreamlineMobileAutoDetailing@gmail.com. Once approved you can send your item to: 825 E. Route 66. Glendora, CA 91740. Some items will need to be exchanged directly with the manufacturer.

Gifts: 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed/e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser and they can forward the credit to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we pay any portion of the return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially when returning/shipping expensive items. We can not guarantee (for your shipping company) that we will receive your returned item. If your item is lost in transit we can not be held responsible.
